Southwest Monsoon has withdrawn from the entire Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, some parts of North Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat, and the North Arabian Sea. The withdrawal line of Southwest Monsoon is passing across Kishanganj, Bankura, Jamshedpur, Pendra Road, Narsinghpur, Ujjain, Vadodara, Veraval and most parts of North Arabian Sea. The conditions are favourable for further withdrawal of Monsoon from most parts of East and Central India, some parts of Northeast India, remaining parts of North Arabian Sea and some parts of the Central Arabian Sea during the next 36 to 48 hours. A Western Disturbance lies over eastern parts of Jammu and Kashmir between 3.1 to 5.8 km above mean sea level. A Cyclonic Circulation is over Maharashtra Coast and adjoining area between 2.1 to 3.1 km above mean sea level. A Cyclonic Circulation lies over Central Pakistan and adjoining parts of West Rajasthan. Another Cyclonic Circulation lies over South interior Karnataka. An upper air Trough is extending from this system up to Odisha across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

Light to moderate rain and thundershowers with isolated heavy spells occurred in parts of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Lakshadweep Islands.

Isolated light rain was observed in Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Madhya Maharashtra, Gangetic West Bengal, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Bay Islands. Dry weather conditions prevailed over rest parts of the country. Pollution has increased slightly over the cities of Northwest India.

Light to moderate rain with isolated heavy showers will occur in parts of Andhra Pradesh, South Interior Karnataka, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, South Chhattisgarh, and Tripura. Scattered light rain would be seen over Maharashtra and northeastern states. Isolated light rain is likely in higher reaches of Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu, and Kashmir. Dry and warm weather would prevail over rest parts of the country.
